For domestic orders, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days after the order has been shipped, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order’s progress.

Returns
At Vivere Beatus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we handle returns and exchanges as follows:
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to a printing error or shipping mishap, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. If the wrong item (size, color, or product) is delivered, please also reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or if you change your mind after purchase. We recommend carefully reviewing the size charts and product details before making your purchase.

All orders are shipped with a reliable courier service, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Processing time typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the product type. Delivery is fulfilled by Qikink, ensuring timely and secure shipping of your products.
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they have manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage during transit. To initiate a return, please email us at support@viverebeatus.in with a proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging. Once verified, we will reprint and ship a new product to you. Returns for size issues or customer preferences are not accepted, as all products are made to order.
If your customer receives an order that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can submit a claim request within 7 days of delivery. After this period, you will need to bear the loss.
