Returns

To initiate a return, please email us at support@viverebeatus.in with a proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging. Once verified, we will reprint and ship a new product to you. Returns for size issues or customer preferences are not accepted, as all products are made to order.
If your customer receives an order that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can submit a claim request within 7 days of delivery. After this period, you will need to bear the loss.
