If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. We also cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color, or if you change your mind after purchase. Please refer to the size chart and product details before making your purchase.

All orders are shipped with a reliable courier service, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. Processing time typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the product type. Delivery is fulfilled by Qikink, ensuring timely and secure shipping of your products.
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they have manufacturing defects, misprints, or damage during transit. To initiate a return, please email us at support@viverebeatus.in with a proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging. Once verified, we will reprint and ship a new product to you. Returns for size issues or customer preferences are not accepted, as all products are made to order.
If your customer receives an order that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can submit a claim request within 7 days of delivery. After this period, you will need to bear the loss.
